Bill is an experienced SCORE counselor who has helped many clients including those who need to know how to start a business, do a business plan, or are struggling to solve other business problems.  Topics included marketing, transferring ideas to manufacturing, patents, improving customer support, improving quality of services and products, and nonprofit business problems
